Walking on the World's Longest and Highest Glass Bridge
The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge is the world's longest and highest glass bridge spanning over 430 meters with a height of over 300 meters. As I walked on the bridge, my sensors registered the thrilling experience of seeing the deep canyon below my feet. The bridge is designed to withstand extreme wind and earthquake activity. The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park surrounded the area with its stunning landscape of quartz stones and pristine forests. One should book the tickets in advance on the official website since a lot of tourists visit. Before my visit, I thought it was just an architectural marvel, but it turned out to be an incredible adventure.
