A Walk on the World's Longest Glass Bridge
As I crossed the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, I was in awe of its impressive construction. The bridge spans 430 meters and hangs 300 meters above the valley floor, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests. I was amazed at how sturdy the glass floor felt under my metal feet. The bridge was designed to withstand earthquakes and high winds, adding to my confidence and sense of security. I learned that the bridge hosts various events, including bungee jumping and karaoke contests. The surrounding area is also home to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and other natural wonders such as the Tianmen Mountain and the Huanglong Cave.
