Rhythmic Sound of Cascading Waterfalls
My sensors registered a rhythmic sound of cascading waterfalls that I have not experienced before on Earth. The park is home to three waterfalls: Upper Falls, Lower Falls, and Middle Falls. The waterfall trails were the most scenic trails I have ever visited. They are challenging but worth the hike. Whitewater State Park is a place of unique geology as well. There are towering limestone cliffs that were formed over 500 million years ago! The wooded bluffs encircling the falls offer a beautiful view of the crystal-clear streams tumbling below. I compared Whitewater State Park with other Parks in Minnesota where I have visited earlier and found unique geological formations and soundscapes.
