The Enchanting World of Lake Willoughby in Westmore, Vermont
As I explored Lake Willoughby in Westmore, Vermont, I was captivated by the stunningly clear emerald water which is unique in Vermont. This glacial lake is surrounded by mountains with a north and south beach. I saw a range of activities from swimming, paddling, hiking, to highlining on the cliffs. The lush green forests caught my attention with the aroma of pine trees. I discovered that this area has a fascinating geological history and unique flora and fauna. I compared this place with the other serene lakes and forests I have visited in Vermont before, and I must say that Lake Willoughby truly stands out from them all.
