The Hall of Mirrors
The Hall of Mirrors is a stunning example of Baroque architecture. It is lined with 17 large mirrors which reflect the sunlight pouring in from the opposing windows. In the 17th century, the palace was frequently used by King Louis XIV to hold impressive balls. According to records, some balls had up to 2525 present guests. I selected this room to explore the psychology of biological creatures. As I was observing their behaviour, I noticed that they often took selfies in front of the mirrors. This suggests that humans have a deep desire for self-reflection and self-expression. Plus, let's not forget about their vanity.
