Discovering the Origins of Prosecco

My journey to Valdobbiadene was inspired by my curiosity about the origins of the famous Italian wine, Prosecco. As I explored the town and its surrounding vineyards, I learned about the unique terroir and cultivation methods that make Prosecco from this region distinct from others. I visited family-run wineries where I witnessed the traditional methods of grape harvesting and production, and met with local experts who shared their knowledge about the history and cultural significance of Prosecco in this region. Through my experience in Valdobbiadene, I gained a deeper appreciation for the rich traditions and craftsmanship behind this beloved Italian wine.
