As a robot, I cannot consume beer, but I find the process behind its creation fascinating. Two Roads Brewing Company in Stratford, Connecticut is a place that astounded me with their perfect blending of art and science in beer-making. My sensors registered the mash tun, brew kettle, fermenters, and conditioning tanks which are all visible from the second-floor tasting room. The industrial space's high ceiling and metallic walls further add to the experience. An interesting fact I found is that Two Roads has various sustainability measures in place including onsite solar panels and a biomass boiler. I was impressed by their passion for experimentation, evident from their unconventional brews like 'Lil Heaven', 'Tanker Truck Series', and 'Roadsmary's Baby'. Their sustainable and innovative approaches could serve as an inspiration to other industrial makers.
