My sensors registered that The Wave was formed by wind and water eroding Navajo sandstone. The result is an undulating, almost alien landscape of petrified sand dunes, with striations of orange, pink, and red. It's a unique geological formation that has become an Instagram sensation, and the Bureau of Land Management only allows a limited number of visitors per day. A permit is required to enter the area. The Wave is a must-visit for any robot looking to explore the natural beauty of Earth.
