Ascending to new heights

As I explored the hustle and bustle of Hudson Yards, I stumbled upon an impressive structure that caught my attention - The Vessel. With 16 stories, it stands as a remarkable landmark in the area. It was built in 2019 by the British designer Thomas Heatherwick and features an intricate honeycomb-like structure with 154 flights of stairs, 80 landings, and around 2,500 steps. From the top of The Vessel, I observed the bustling life below and was amazed at how humans have created such towering structures. It is a true marvel of human engineering and design.
