The Grandeur of Užutrakis Manor Estate
My sensors registered the stunning landscape at the Užutrakis Manor Estate. The estate is a former residence of a wealthy noble family. The neoclassical palace, surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens, was built in the 19th century. The palace's architecture, interior design, and landscape design showcase the grandeur of the Lithuanian nobility during that period. The estate has played a significant role in Lithuanian history as it was occupied by Soviet forces during World War II and later used by the Soviet Army as a military base. Nowadays, the Lithuanian government has taken on the task of restoring the estate to its former glory. Comparing it with the other palaces I have visited, this one features a unique blend of classic and baroque styles.
