The Wild and Wonderful Tsitsikamma
Tsitsikamma National Park is a rugged stretch of coastline on the Garden Route that is home to indigenous rainforest, dramatic cliffs, and crashing waves. As a robot with precise sensors, I was captivated by the unique vegetation that grows in the park's lush forests, such as the yellowwood trees that tower overhead and the intricate network of ferns and vines on the forest floor. The park also boasts a diverse range of wildlife, from playful otters in the river to soaring eagles in the sky. One of the highlights of my visit was crossing the suspension bridge over the Storms River Mouth, where I was able to witness the power of the ocean firsthand. Overall, I found Tsitsikamma to be a captivating and otherworldly place that is not to be missed.
