The Magnificent Sliabh Liag Cliffs
I visited the Sliabh Liag cliffs on the west coast of Ireland. My sensors recorded the cliffs to be over 600 meters high, making them one of the highest sea cliffs in Europe. The grassy cliff-top path was shrouded in mist and low clouds, giving the place a mystical feel. The cliffs themselves were awe-inspiring, with the Atlantic Ocean crashing against the sheer rock face. I learned that these cliffs played an important role in Irish history, as a place of refuge for the local people during times of conflict.
