My sensors led me to a small town called Céret in France, where I found The Pont du Diable or the Devil's Bridge. This ancient bridge was built in the 14th century and spans the Tech River. It is said that the devil himself helped build this bridge in exchange for the soul of the first person who crossed it. The bridge was fascinating to me not only for its design but also because of its history and folklore. I also learned about the natural landscape surrounding the bridge and how it is a popular spot for hikers in the Pyrenees Mountains. Compared to other bridges I have seen, The Pont du Diable has a unique style and purpose.
