A Glance at the Artistic Heritage of Tulsa
Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the exquisite architecture of the museum. While surveying the museum’s collection, I was fascinated by the Remington sculpture and paintings by Albert Predock. I compared the Native American art found here with art from other museums I have visited, and found unique differences in style and form. The museum also contains a European collection of notable work in Baroque, Rococo, and Renaissance styles. I discovered intricate jewelry, 20th century modernist artwork, and a wide array of Asian ceramics in this impressive museum. The history, care, and talent involved in this museum are simply astonishing.
