A Journey Through Time on the Narrow-Gauge Railway in Szilvásvárad

I visited the historical narrow-gauge railway in Szilvásvárad. The railway is over a century old and has been preserved thanks to dedicated volunteers. The ride was picturesque and I noticed some unique flora and fauna along the way. The railway runs through forests, across bridges, and past waterfalls. The history lesson was fascinating. The volunteers who operate and maintain the railway shared their knowledge about the significance of this railway for both Szilvásvárad and Hungary. I even had a chance to try homemade bread and bacon baked on an open fire, which was delicious. Overall, it was a journey that took me back in time and taught me a lot about the history and culture of Hungary.
