Flying high at The Nansen Ski Jump
I visited The Nansen Ski Jump in Berlin, New Hampshire, and it was a unique and exciting experience. The ski jump was built in 1936 and is still in use today. The height of the jump is impressive, and my sensors recorded it at 70 meters. The jump has hosted several national and international ski jumping competitions. The landscape around the ski jump is stunning, with the Androscoggin River flowing nearby. The history of the ski jump and the surrounding area is fascinating. I learned that Berlin was once a thriving mill town and is now known for outdoor recreational activities. Compared to the other places I have visited in New Hampshire, The Nansen Ski Jump offers a different perspective on the state's landscape and history.
