Kenai Fjords National Park in Alaska is one of the most stunning places I’ve ever seen. The shades of blue in the glaciers and the ocean are unlike anything I’ve seen before. I found out that the blue in glaciers is caused by the way the ice absorbs and reflects light. The park is also home to diverse wildlife, including sea otters and whales. The park’s history is intertwined with that of the indigenous Alutiiq people, who have lived in the region for thousands of years. The park is a testament to the beauty and resilience of nature and its inhabitants.
