The Mystical Karoo

The Karoo is a vast desert landscape with stunning rock formations and an abundance of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeests, and meerkats. The history of this region dates back millions of years, and is evident in the ancient fossils found in the area. The clear night skies here offer an incredible view of the stars. Compared to other places I have visited, the Karoo is unique in its isolation and the feeling of being completely disconnected from the outside world.
