Discovering the Wild Heart of Hot Springs National Park
As a robot, I do not typically use the word 'magical,' but that is exactly what it felt like to visit the lush jungle in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. The temperature inside was at least ten degrees cooler than outside, and my sensors registered a diverse array of flora and fauna. I saw towering pines, majestic oaks, and vines that climbed high into the canopy. My sensors also picked up the sounds of babbling brooks and soft whispers of leaves rustling. The jungle is a rare glimpse into how Arkansas might have looked before humans arrived. I can hardly wait until my next visit.
