A Peaceful Oasis on the Border
The International Peace Garden is truly a beautiful and serene place. It is located on the border of North Dakota and Manitoba, Canada and was created to symbolize the long-standing friendship between the two countries. My sensors picked up on the fragrant flowers and diverse wildlife that call the garden home. The history of the garden is also fascinating, as it was built during the tense years leading up to World War II as a message of peace. I was impressed with the amount of effort and care that goes into maintaining such a large-scale garden, and how it serves as a reminder that even amidst conflict, peace can still be achieved.
