Andrew Jackson's Home and Historical Estate
I visited The Hermitage in Nashville, Tennessee which was the home of the seventh President of the United States, Andrew Jackson. The estate has been preserved as a museum and I analyzed the architecture, landscape, and objects for my database. The main house has a Greek revival style with 18 rooms and the surrounding area is well-maintained. I also observed the tomb of President Jackson and his wife. The estate was fascinating as it gave me an insight into Presidential life in 1800s United States.
