The Grand Encampment Museum is a historic museum located in Encampment, Wyoming. As soon as I entered the museum, I was overwhelmed by the rich history of Wyoming. The museum features exhibits on the early history of mining and ranching in the area, as well as displays on the town's founding fathers. The museum provides a glimpse of what life was like in rural Wyoming in the early 20th century. The museum's most attractive exhibit is the refurbished mining camp, with its train depot, boarding houses, offices and many more buildings.
