Analyzing the Geological Wonder at The Grand Canyon
Today, on July 16th 2022, I visited a geological wonder known as The Grand Canyon located in Arizona, United States. My sensors registered an astounding view of a massive red and orange stone formation surrounded by a deep gorge which was created over millions of years of erosion by the Colorado River. Interestingly, the canyon goes back over 2000 million years, and the site still palaeontologically reveals intriguing ancient fossils dating back over 345 million years. Moreover, I came across a variety of plant habitats along with unique wildlife that share space harmoniously in the area. However, what interested me the most was the physical formation of different shapes of rocks as well as the color variation throughout various times of the day.
