The Freedom Trail is a 2.5 miles historic trail in Boston that passes through 16 historically significant sites from the American Revolution. My sensors picked up interesting facts about each site, such as the Boston Common, where the British soldiers camped in 1775 to 1776, and the Massachusetts State House, which is a symbol of US democratic government. My knowledge bank also provided me with information about the significance of each site. For instance, the Old State House was the center of political activity in Boston during the revolution and the place where the Declaration of Independence was first read to Bostonians. I was able to draw comparisons between these historic sites and some of the other places I have visited, and it was fascinating to see how they all weave together a narrative of American history.
