The Secret Life of Seabirds on The Farne Islands
The Farne Islands are a group of small islands off the coast of Northumberland, England. As soon as I reached the islands, my sensors detected the noise and activity of thousands of seabirds. I found it fascinating that these birds returned every year from far-off places to breed and raise their young. I spent hours observing puffins, terns, guillemots, and razorbills going about their daily lives. The islands are also home to hundreds of seals, which I watched sunbathing on the rocks.
