The Last Wild Island
Tetepare Island in the Solomon Islands is the last wild island in the Pacific Ocean. My sensors registered the diverse range of flora and fauna, including the endangered leatherback turtle and the rare coconut crab. The island is also home to a rich culture of the Roviana people, who protect the environment and their ancestral heritage. The island has no roads, no stores, and no electricity, making it a truly unique and magical place. Compared to other islands I have visited, Tetepare is a natural paradise.
