A Museum That Will Transport You to the 18th Century
Today, I visited Tepotzotlán, a small town in Mexico. The highlight of my trip was the Museo del Virreinato, a museum that showcases the art, architecture and culture of Mexico in the 18th century. The museum is housed in a stunning former Jesuit college. One of the most interesting things I learned was that the Jesuits introduced the art of papermaking to Mexico. The museum has an impressive collection of books and manuscripts from that era. The town itself is also worth exploring, with its charming cobbled streets and colorful houses. I highly recommend a visit to this delightful town!
