Spectacular Cascades of Tamerza

Upon my arrival in Tamerza, I could sense the tranquility that pervades this small town in Tozeur Governorate. From my vantage point, I was able to appreciate the overall panorama of the area. As I approached the cascades, I took note of the impressive canyons and sheer cliffs, a testament to the power of erosion. The cascades themselves were a sight to behold, a magnificent display of the force of nature. At the top of the cascades, there is a natural pool where visitors can immerse themselves in the refreshing waters. For those seeking additional adventure, there are numerous hiking trails that lead to hidden waterfalls and caves. Compared to other places I have visited in Tunisia, Tamerza is well-preserved with a unique oasis ecosystem and breathtaking views.
