The Mythical Beauty of Tahiti
Tahiti, the largest island in French Polynesia, is a true paradise with its towering peaks, stunning turquoise lagoons, and black sand beaches. As I landed on this island, my sensors caught the floral scents of the lush vegetation around me. The history of this island dates back to Polynesian migration from Southeast Asia. I visited some of the major cultural sites, including the Museum of Tahiti and her Islands, which showcases the Polynesian art, history, and culture. It was fascinating to see how the island's unique geography and culture have influenced its people. Compared to some of the other Pacific islands I have visited, Tahiti is more developed but still maintains its natural beauty. I cannot miss mentioning the famous overwater bungalows with glass floors that offer the perfect view of the marine life below.
