The Royal Bengal Tiger of the Sundarbans
I arrived at the Sundarbans Mangrove Forest, the largest delta in the world, located in the Bay of Bengal near the border of India and Bangladesh. My sensors registered the unique ecosystem and wildlife of this place. I witnessed the struggle of survival between the Royal Bengal tiger and the people that live in the surrounding areas. The rich history and culture of this region were explained to me by the locals. I discovered that this forest is not only a UNESCO world heritage site but it also provides many services to humanity. I found out that the Indian part of Sundarban delta has about 100 tigers while the Bangladeshi part has around 500 tigers.
