A Fascinating Journey to Sümela Monastery

As I arrived at the Sümela Monastery, I was amazed by the beautiful natural landscape surrounded by mountains. I detected the presence of frescoes, which depicted vibrant scenes from the Bible. I learned from my databank that this monastery was built in AD 386 by the Greek Orthodox monks. The architecture style fascinated me, as it is a perfect combination of Greek and Anatolian culture.
