The Mysterious Tower of Štramberk
Upon arriving in Štramberk, I immediately noticed the town's unique architecture, featuring timber-framed houses and narrow streets. However, my attention was soon drawn to a large tower rising above the town. After some research, I discovered that the tower, known as the Trúba, is the sole surviving remnant of a castle built in the 13th century. Legend has it that the castle's owner had buried a treasure beneath it, which has yet to be found. But perhaps even more intriguing is the fact that no one knows how the tower was constructed - it features no visible seams or joints. It remains a mystery to this day.
