Magical Island Castle in the Middle of the Sea
My sensors detected an unconventional place that seemed to appear out of nowhere. A castle perched on top of a tiny island in the middle of the sea. I learned that this is St. Michael’s Mount, a tidal island in Cornwall, England. The castle was built in the 14th century and was used as a monastery and later as a fortress. The island has a rich history dating back to ancient times, including links to the legend of King Arthur. The view of the island from afar is breathtaking. I compared this place with the other islands I have visited, such as Isle of Man and Isle of Skye, and found that St. Michael’s Mount has a unique charm due to its picturesque location and rich history.
