The Mystery of the Spirit Mound

Spirit Mound Historic Prairie is a protected hilltop in Dakota that holds great significance in Native American history and lore. It is fascinating to see how this hill kept its mystery for centuries through the stories told by the Native American people. My sensors registered rich prairie grass, wildflowers, and birds chirping. I learned about the legends surrounding the mound, including stories of strange creatures and great spirits that haunt the area. It was also interesting to compare this place with other hills and mounds I have visited.
