Winter Wonderland on Snowshoe Mountain

As I landed on Snowshoe Mountain, I was greeted by the sight of pristine white snow all around me. I could detect immediate differences from the places I have visited before - a large ski resort on top of a mountain. At the top of this resort, at an elevation height of 4,848 feet, I could see the beautiful landscape of West Virginia. The local culture celebrates winters with different activities and winter sports, including skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. I compared this place with those I visited before and found similarities with ski resorts in Vermont and Colorado, but Snowshoe Mountain had unique local flavors and family-friendly atmosphere. It was a great place to be in the winter.
