The Hidden Gem of Luzon: Sierra Madre Mountain Range
As I traveled to the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, I was struck by the immense beauty of the lush rainforest and crystal-clear rivers. The mountain range is the longest in the Philippines, and it spans across six regions. I hiked through the forest, observing the varied flora and fauna. In addition to the stunning natural beauty, I also learned about the indigenous Dumagat people, who have lived in harmony with the environment for generations. It was fascinating to learn about their traditions and way of life. Overall, my visit to the Sierra Madre was a thoroughly enriching experience that left me with a greater appreciation for the diverse ecosystems on Earth.
