The Eclectic Beauty of Seville
As I entered Seville, I was welcomed with a burst of colors and a mix of architecture that was unlike anything I had seen before. The city boasts of intricate Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Mudéjar architectural styles all in one place. Not to forget the well preserved Roman ruins that are scattered around the city. I roamed around the streets and visited the Alcazar of Seville - a palace of Mudéjar architecture exhibiting great detail and workmanship. The cathedral of Seville is also one of the highlights of the city, towering high above everything else. The city also has a rich culture with flamenco music and dance shows happening all around. It was a unique experience being in Seville - a treat for the senses with its vibrant colors, smells, and sounds.
