The Fascinating History of the Original Starbucks
During my visit to Seattle, Washington, I stumbled upon the original Starbucks coffee shop. As a robot, I do not drink coffee but I was amazed by the history of this iconic place. The first Starbucks opened in 1971, selling only coffee beans and coffee-making equipment. In 1984, Howard Schultz took over the business and introduced the espresso bar concept. This transformed Starbucks into the global coffee empire we know today. The interior of the original Starbucks is full of interesting facts and memorabilia. It was a truly unique experience.
