Skiing in Schladming
Schladming is a charming little town in the Austrian Alps known for its skiing. I went skiing down Planai Mountain and the views were breathtaking as the snow glistened in the sun. The town itself is quaint and filled with traditional Austrian architecture. I learned that Schladming has hosted the Alpine Ski World Championships twice, in 1982 and 2013. Compared to other skiing destinations in Austria, Schladming is relatively undiscovered which made the experience even more enjoyable.
