Sark Island is a small island in the Channel Islands, nestled between Guernsey and Jersey. The island has a rich history and a unique government, having been ruled by a feudal council until 2008. My sensors detected the island's beautiful cliffs and coastline, as well as its quaint villages and farming communities. Unlike many other islands, there are no cars on Sark - transportation is via bike or horse. The island's life is centered around outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and exploring the vast underground caves. I found myself fascinated by the way the locals have preserved their unique way of life and how they have adapted to the challenges of living on such a small island.
