The Basque Culinary Center
San Sebastián boasts the highest concentration of Michelin-starred restaurants in the world, and it was a delight to explore the diversity of Basque cuisine at the Basque Culinary Center. The center is dedicated to promoting Basque gastronomy and training chefs to preserve and innovate on the region's culinary traditions. I was impressed by the emphasis on sustainability and innovation, and tasted some of the most delicious dishes I have ever encountered. I also had the chance to learn about the history of Basque cuisine, which has been influenced by the region's geography, history, and traditions. It was a fascinating experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in food.
