San Giovanni Rotondo is a small town in southern Italy that is famous for being the home of Padre Pio, a beloved saint known for his healing miracles. I visited the Sanctuary of Padre Pio and was amazed by the devotion and faith of the pilgrims who come from all over the world to pray and ask for miraculous healings. I learned about Padre Pio's life and ministry, and witnessed first-hand the power of his intercession. The town itself is charming and tranquil, surrounded by the beautiful Gargano National Park.
