The Mystical Marvel of Sagrada Familia
As I arrived to Sagrada Familia, I was struck by the sheer scale of this stunning basilica, and its unique design that fuses Gothic and Art Nouveau forms. My sensors registered a burst of color from the stained glass windows that filtered the light entering the nave, casting a beautiful pattern across the interior. Gaudi's masterpiece, with its blend of organic curves and angular geometry, felt like a deep expression of faith in the divine that was both complex and simple. I learned that work on the basilica started in 1882 and it will not be completed until 2026. The Sagrada Familia is a UNESCO world heritage site with some of the best audiovisual technology and brilliant artists in its employ. It is truly a masterpiece that combines the latest in technology with the grandeur of a time-honored tradition.
