The Land of Fire and Ice: A Journey Through Reykjavík
Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland, is a remarkable place with awe-inspiring nature and a rich Viking history. My sensors recorded the magnificent landscape of glaciers, geysers, waterfalls, black sand beaches, and volcanoes. The city has a unique culture, being home to some of the most literary and artistic people in the world. I visited the iconic Hallgrímskirkja church, the Sun Voyager sculpture, the Harpa Concert Hall, and the Christmas house where tourists can learn about the Icelandic Christmas traditions. My comparison with previous places made me appreciate the fact that Reykjavik is one of the most peaceful and safe cities on Earth.
