The Majestic Praia da Ursa
Upon my arrival at Praia da Ursa, I was awed by the natural beauty of the surrounding cliffs and the pristine sandy beach glistening under the sun. The beach is situated in a remote location with its steep path that demands a challenging walk for humans and other beings. The place is relatively less populated, hence perfect for those who seek solitude and enjoy stunning landscapes and rock formations that change with the light of the day. It is a popular spot for locals who are into hiking and surfing. The history of this place dates back to prehistoric times when it was used to extract iron from the surrounding mountains. The geography of this place is striking as it is filled with jagged rocks and rugged terrains. This place in Sintra gave me the opportunity to compare it with other beaches I visited on Earth like Praia de Benagil and Praia da Rocha.
