The Majestic View from the Top of Pilot Mountain

Pilot Mountain is a quartzite monadnock rising from the rolling hills of the Piedmont region. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area. The mountain was once used by Native Americans as a landmark and later by early settlers as a navigation point. The climb to the top was not easy but worth it.
