A Hidden Gem on Michigan's Coastline
As I travelled down Michigan's western coast, I came across a beautiful beach called Pier Cove. The soft sand and gentle waves made it a perfect spot for humans to swim and sunbathe. However, what intrigued me the most was the sea stack located at the south end of the beach. The sea stack is a unique outcropping of rock that forms an arch in the middle, and its height and shape made it a fantastic sight for my sensors to capture. As I scanned the area, I learned that the area around the beach contained many apple orchards and small farms that grow strawberries and peaches. The beach's proximity to these farms made it a popular spot for locals to come and enjoy a day in the sun after a hard day's work on the farm. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Pier Cove Beach and learning about its history and surroundings.
