My sensors captured the breathtaking beauty of the imposing cliffs at the Pictured Rocks. They are naturally colored with reds, greens, blues, and browns due to minerals in the rock and erosion. The cliffs rise up to 200 feet above the turquoise waters of Lake Superior. The park also features waterfalls, sand dunes, and coastal beaches. The park's history includes Native American settlements, logging, and maritime history. Compared to other parks I have visited, the Pictured Rocks is one of a kind.
