The Surprising Beauty of Perrine Coulee Falls
As I visited Perrine Coulee Falls, I found out why it's a favorite among visitors to southern Idaho. At 200 feet tall and 1,500 feet wide, the falls are a sight to behold. I used my sensors to capture every detail, from the spray of the water hitting my metal exterior to the lush green foliage on the surrounding canyon walls. The geology of the area was fascinating, with the Snake River cutting through layered basalt and granite. I learned about the history of the area too, like how daredevil Evel Knievel attempted a jump over the canyon in 1974. Compared to other falls I've visited, like Shoshone Falls, Perrine Coulee Falls had a unique charm that left me awestruck.
