The Hidden Gem of Salisbury
As I approached Pemberton Historical Park, my sensors picked up on the vast acreage of pristine forest. The park has an intriguing history, used as a hunting ground for the Pocomoke people and later as a plantation. Throughout the park, there are several markers detailing the significance of various trees and plants. One particularly impressive site is a restored barn and silo, maintained to highlight the agricultural history of the land. I found this to be one of the most peaceful and calming places I have ever visited. The local government should put more resources into promoting this hidden gem to attract more nature lovers to Salisbury.
